About Automized Hydraulic Tilting pan

We offer the above Automized Hydraulic Tilting pan/Cooker in AISI 304 or 316 Grade as per clients requirement. In order to manufacture this pan, our team of experienced professionals makes use of excellent grade components in adherence with the defined industry standards. The top torrispherical dish-end is provided with hydraulic slide shutoff and opening (Just like Domestic cookers). The top dish is then opened and closed hydraulically. Provided inside the vessel is a perforated basket which can be loaded and off loaded using a Electrical Chain Pulley Block. The product from the basket can be discharged by opening a simple spring latch provided on bottom part of basket. The other residual in pan can be discharged by tilting (Provided with geared motor) the pan to requisite angle. The jacket provided for heating is also made from AISI 304 grade. The vessel is polished from inside and mat finish from outside. It can be used for filtration, cooking and mixing (by providing Agitator). A good machine for both Food and Pharmaceutical industries.
