Tilting Pan

This versatile piece of equipment is the tilting fry pan. The large flat cooking surface of this piece of equipment may suggest it is an oversized skillet, but it can actually be used for almost any kind of cooking. You can also grill, saut, fry, simmer, steam, boil, warm, and hold food with it. With the pan tilted, it is easy to transfer food to serving pans without heavy lifting. In sequential cooking, food does not need to be moved from one piece of equipment to another. Temperature can be controlled within a range.
